This is a hot winter drink that is not only tasty, but also very good for your health! A very simple recipe that will not take much time.

The necessary ingredients for cooking:

  • A bottle of dry red wine
  • Orange
  • 100 ml of plain water, preferably purified
  • Sugar
  • 5 PCs of clove
  • 3 pieces of cardamom
  • Ground ginger
  • Ground nut

Method of preparation:

  • Well wash the orange, slice and clean from the bones.
  • In a vessel pour water and add the cinnamon, cardamom, walnut, cloves and ginger.
  • Bring to a boil and add the orange. Boil for two minutes.
  • Strain through a sieve the broth, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Pour the wine into a syrup and put on low fire.
  • Do not bring to a boil, you need to get 60 degrees.
  • The drink is served to the table hot.
  • Mulled wine with oranges is ready!
