How to help indoor plants during the heating season?

How to help indoor plants during the heating season

There is a simple rule: before you water the plant, dip your finger in the soil to a depth of 2-3 cm. It should be slightly damp (not soggy and not dry). Plant leaves will tell you whether you watered them. Turn yellow, it means that watering should be restricted. The tips dry up and turn brown – water more often.

Dust on leaves interferes with the photosynthesis process, and it is bad for the condition of the plants in the winter, when light and so little. So don’t forget to wipe the leaves with a soft cloth while wet cleaning. If the plant feels bad, try to place it in the bathroom for a few days.

1. Bromelia (bromelia) does not like bright light, and winter can not do without watering for one week.

2. Aglaonema (aglaonema) tolerate almost any lighting.

3. Zamioculcas zamiifolia (dollar tree) does not require a lot of light and water, the soil can dry completely between waterings.
