• large mushrooms – 3 pieces;
• celery – 1 piece;
• Galbani Mozzarella cheese– 125 g;
• onions – 1 piece;
• pepper (sweet) – 1 piece;
• olive oil ;
• lemon juice;
• salt;
• greens;
• ground black pepper;

Cut into thin half-rings onions and peppers, tomatoes into large pieces, small pieces, celery, mushrooms (champignons) – into several parts along the length, a thin, mozzarella galbani – cubes. Need to taste salt and pepper, add the greens and season with lemon juice and olive oil.

  • cabbage-200 g;

  • pepper(Bulgarian)- 100g ;

  • vegetable oil – 5 tbsp;
  • Apple cider vinegar;
  • red pepper powder;
  • sugar ;
  • salt;

Finely julienne the cabbage, chop bell pepper, onion, and carrots – sticks. All this stir and season with salt (you can also add a little sugar), vegetable oil, a few drops of vinegar(or the juice from the lemon). Stir and leave to brew for about 40 min.

  • chicken fillet – 150 g;
  • cheese or feta cheese -50 g;
  • tomato-5 pieces;

  • black olives-30 g;
