Marinated salmon with mango and kiwi


  • * 1 tablespoon of honey
  • * 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • * 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • * A little black pepper
  • * 4 salmon fillets
  • * Half Cup chopped mangoes
  • * Half Cup of sliced kiwi
  • * A few fresh cilantro
  • * orange juice

Steps of preparation:

  • Add the first four ingredients together in a plastic bag. Add the fish in the package. Marinate it in the next few minutes. You can also flip it over from time to time.
  • While the fish is marinating, heat a pan with a large shallow skovorodi, which has a medium high temperature. Carefully remove the fish from the package and remove the marinade.
  • Next, you should fill the pot with water and add fish in it.
  • Let it cook for next five minutes.
  • While the fish cooks, you can prepare the seasoning together. Use mango along with other ingredients. Serve it on top of the fish.

    Salmon with maple and lemon taste great, especially when you see nice brown crust. You can prepare ordinary potato wedges and peas.


    • * 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • * 2 tablespoons maple syrup
    • * 1 teaspoon of Apple vinegar
    • * 1 tablespoon canola oil
    • * 4 oz salmon fillet
    • * Half a teaspoon of salt
    • * A little ground black pepper
    • * Food spray

    Steps of preparation:

  • Heat the broiler first.
  • Add the first four ingredients in a large plastic bag. Add the fish to the bag and seal the bag.
  • Let the fish stay in the refrigerator for the next 10 minutes.
  • Place the marinade in the microwave and warm it for a minute or so.
  • Now heat a large frying pan. Add salmon, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover the pan with a small amount of cooking spray. Add the fish to the pan and let it cook for another three minutes.
  • Flip the fish and leave to marinate.
  • Fry the fish for three minutes and determine readiness by using a fork.
  • Your dish is ready.
