These gluten-free recipes are so good, even die-hard gluten fans will love them. No, really, we swear. Plus, they feature all the classic fall flavors — from pumpkin spice to maple to honeycrisp apple — and your gluten-free pals will be thanking you, while your gluten-loving pals won’t even notice anything is missing.
1Chocolate chip pumpkin bread
I’ve made this paleo vegan chocolate chip pumpkin bread twice this week, so it’s probably time to share the recipe 😉here’s what to do: 1️⃣preheat oven to 350F and grease a loaf pan 2️⃣mix together 3 T chia seeds and 1/2 c + 1 T water and let sit 15 min to gel 3️⃣in a large bowl combine 2 1/2 c almond flour, 1/2 c tapioca flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp allspice and 1/8 tsp cloves 4️⃣in a separate bowl combine 1 c pumpkin purée, 1/4 c any neutral oil (I used a light olive oil), 1/4 c pure maple syrup and 1 T apple cider vinegar 5️⃣add the wet ingredients including the chia gel to the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. Stir in 1/2 c chocolate chips 6️⃣bake for 50-55 minutes, until the top is firm and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean 💛this pumpkin bread is super rich and moist, and I hope you love it!
